Refunds

Goods purchase online, customer have to choose a picked-up date within 21 days from the purchase date or local delivery unless other specified (for some special goods).

As customer in shop picked-up, customer is free to check the goods and confirm and accept goods are in good conditions. So refund and exchange may not be allowed. However, we will handle it according to case by case basis.

Hidden Coffee H.K. reserves the right to reject any exchange/refund if the goods are not met. In case of dispute, Hidden Coffee H.K. will have the right to make the final decision.

Reasons for return or exchange:
-Quality issues (only applies for products exceeding the “best before date”).
-Mistakes in the order quantity or items.

Remarks:
All the equipment (coffee machines, grinders, filter paper and accessories etc.) will not be acceptable for exchange or return.

Unless there are quality issues with the product, the customer is fully responsible for the return delivery fee.
